Data controller

The owner of dnsgratuito (contact: nandezgarcia@gmail.com).

Data we process

• Email address (obtained via Google OAuth; @gmail.com accounts only).
• Subdomains and IPs you register in the service.
• API token generated for your account.

We do not use tracking cookies. Only a temporary technical cookie during sign-in and browser local storage (localStorage) for your token.

Purpose and legal basis

Providing the requested dynamic DNS service (performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, managing the Premium subscription.

Third parties

• Google (OAuth authentication).
• Cloudflare (DNS records; subdomains and IPs are synced with their API).
• Lemon Squeezy (Premium subscription payments; they act as the seller and handle billing and VAT).

Retention

Data is kept while your account remains active. You can delete your subdomains from the dashboard; to delete your account entirely, contact us.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nandezgarcia@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
